Your information, handled with care

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Propzel website or use the Propzel CRM and companion mobile app. Propzel is powered by Marketly, its registered parent company.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

For CRM records: Propzel is provided to real-estate businesses. The business that invited you or entered a customer or lead record may decide why that information is used and who can access it. Please contact that business first for requests about its records; Marketly can help route a request.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Propzel is powered by Marketly, its registered parent company. Contact Marketly or write to ramya@marketly.tech with privacy questions.

This policy covers www.propzel.tech, the Propzel customer relationship management (CRM) service, and the Propzel mobile app. It does not describe the separate privacy practices of a customer’s business or any third-party service.

2. Information we handle

Website and demo requests

If you request a demo through our public website, the form asks for your name, work email, phone number, and scale of operations. The form is submitted to Formspree, which processes the request for us. The website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser makes requests to Google to retrieve those fonts, which can disclose technical request information such as your IP address and browser details to Google.

CRM accounts and workspace activity

Depending on the workspace and features in use, the CRM handles account and organization details such as a user’s name, email address, role, and sign-in/session information. It also handles information users put into the CRM, including lead and customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, secondary contacts, lead source, project and location preferences, budget range, configuration, notes, assignments, sales stage, follow-ups, site visits, booking and payment workflow records, and related documents or activity history.

Calls and communications

When a workspace uses calling features, the CRM may receive call status, direction, phone numbers, provider call reference, timestamps, duration, and a recording link or recording metadata supplied by the calling provider. The configured calling integration is CallerDesk. Availability and recording depend on workspace settings and the provider; not every call is necessarily recorded. Mobile features may open the device dialer or WhatsApp, or initiate a CRM-connected call, depending on the action used.

Mobile app and technical information

The mobile app uses the CRM account to display authorized workspace records and send actions such as notes, follow-ups, site-visit updates, or calls to the CRM. On supported devices, the app stores its session credential using the platform’s secure storage facility. If push notifications are enabled, a push token and platform information may be sent to the notification service so notifications can be delivered. Website hosting and service providers may process basic technical data needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the service; the exact log fields and periods depend on the provider.

3. How information is used

Information is used to respond to demo requests; create and administer accounts and workspaces; provide CRM, mobile, calling, lead-management and post-sales workflows; display records to authorized users; send requested communications and notifications; connect enabled integrations; maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services; and comply with applicable obligations or handle disputes.

Businesses using Propzel choose what customer and lead information to enter and how to use it in their workspace. Marketly processes that information to provide the service and as otherwise directed by the workspace customer, subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.

4. When information is shared

We do not describe customer or lead records as public. Information may be available to authorized users in the relevant customer workspace and may be processed by service providers or integrations when needed to operate a feature. Depending on what a workspace enables, these may include:

  • Formspree for website demo-request submissions and Google for website fonts;
  • CallerDesk for configured calling and call-status/recording callbacks;
  • Google Sheets for lead import, Google Calendar for calendar connection, and third-party property portals or advertising platforms that send leads through configured webhooks;
  • WhatsApp and the configured WhatsApp connectivity provider for messaging features; and
  • the mobile push-notification service when push notifications are enabled.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. A business administrator controls which integrations are connected. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the services, users, or others.

The exact provider, data fields, and processing location can vary by workspace configuration. Ask your workspace administrator or contact Marketly for details about a specific connection.

5. Security

The CRM uses authenticated accounts and role-based access controls. The CRM backend hashes account passwords, and the mobile app uses platform secure storage for session credentials on supported devices. These controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate every security risk. We do not make a guarantee that any system or transmission is completely secure.

6. Retention and deletion

Retention periods can vary by record type, workspace, and connected provider. We do not state one retention period for all CRM information, call records, recordings, backups, or provider-held copies. For CRM records, ask the workspace administrator about the schedule that applies to that workspace. For provider-held information, the provider’s own retention terms may apply. You can email ramya@marketly.tech if you need help identifying the right contact.

You can ask your workspace administrator to correct or remove CRM information. A workspace administrator may have controls to delete particular records. To request help with a Propzel account or information handled by Marketly, email ramya@marketly.tech. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and may refer a customer/lead-record request to the business responsible for that workspace. Deletion from Propzel does not by itself delete copies held by a third-party provider or records that must be kept under applicable requirements.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or to raise a concern with a relevant authority. These rights and exceptions vary by law and by whether Marketly or a workspace customer is responsible for the information. Send a request to ramya@marketly.tech; for CRM data, you can also contact the business that manages your workspace.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or its data handling changes. The date at the top indicates when the current version was last updated. For a material change, we will use an appropriate notice where required.
